Hotel Booking Policy & External Accommodations Commitment Fee for Attendees
To ensure a successful and seamless experience for all attendees, we secured discounted room block at the Hyatt Regency Portland. Booking within this room block helps us fulfill our hotel agreements, manage event costs, and continue offering high-quality event programs.
Attendees who choose accommodations outside of the official room blocks will be required to contribute $300 to our External Accommodations Commitment Fee. This fee helps offset the financial impact to the event when our room block commitments are not met. A payment link will be sent via email the week before the event.
The External Accommodations Commitment Fee is not applied to registrations, once the room block has been met.
